About Chris
Chris Dupree is a native Augustan who has lived in both Richmond and Columbia Counties. Following his high school career, he attended and graduated from Georgia Southern University’s College of Business. Chris’ homebuilding career began with work as a Residential Superintendent and Project Manager for one of Augusta’s oldest and most respected homebuilders. During his tenure with this amazing company, he gained extensive, quality knowledge, for which he is forever grateful.
In 2011, Chris took the opportunity to establish his own homebuilding company, Designer Homes. Through the years, Chris has achieved many respected designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB); which include Certified Residential Superintendent, Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Green Professional, and Graduate Master Builder. He remains a member of the Builders Association of Metro Augusta, the Sales and Marketing Council, and is also licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. Life-long learning continues to remain important to Chris. This is evident through his regular attendance in industry and business seminars, classes, and webinars.
