Graduate Master Builder (GMB):
The ultimate symbol of the building professional, and is for experienced veterans only. To achieve this designation, a builder must have the Certified Graduate Builder designation with five years building experience, or ten years building experience and complete three courses. The courses for this designation are more advanced and with in-depth instruction geared for experienced building professionals.
Certified Green Professional (CGP):
This designation recognizes builders who incorporate green building principles into homes – without driving up the cost of construction. Classwork leading to the designation provides a solid background in green building methods, as well as the tools to reach consumers, from the organization leading the charge to provide market-driven green building solutions to the home building industry.
Certified Graduate Builder (CGB):
A program of courses to increase business management skills and understanding of today’s home building industry.
Residential Construction Superintendent (RCS):
The Residential Construction Superintendent Designation coursework enhances the knowledge and skills of home building field professionals. Completion of this program gives the foundational knowledge from project management and working with trade contractors to planning, scheduling and customer relations.
